Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or just do not fit to your liking, provided that the tag must still be attached.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will promptly get you a return shipping label so that you may send your item (with the tag still on) and a copy of your email receipt to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you elect to receive a refund, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (less the cost of shipping).
